Authentic Vietnamese Food, Amazing Pho, and Outstanding Service at Phở NB! Phở NB is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Vietnamese food in the area. The pho is incredible—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender slices of meat. Every bite tastes fresh and homemade, like it was made with care and tradition. I also ordered the eggrolls, and they were some of the freshest I’ve had—crispy on the outside, savory and flavorful on the inside, served hot and perfectly paired with their dipping sauce. You can tell everything is made fresh daily. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but don’t let that fool you—the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and they make you feel genuinely welcome. Food came out fast, hot, and exactly as ordered. If you’re looking for high-quality pho, fresh appetizers, and fast, friendly service, Phở NB is the place to go. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a quick bite, this place hits all the marks. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Best pho in town. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. The service was great. The food was good and always fresh green. The portions were large. I’ll be back!

I happened to pass by and saw this place and give it a try. Not bad at all. The service is excellent. Dylan, our waiter, really took his time to help us. I would give him 10 out of 10

Good Asian is hard to find around these parts.....but this one is good! Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. Large menu. The place is a bit small but the food is BIG good! We started with the steamed pork dumplings. Great mixture and the dipping sauce was all that. Hot & Sour soup was full of goodies , not just broth. Had the Kung Poa chicken. Our litmus test to compare. This dish was outstanding. Sauce had a bit of a smokey hint and big flavor. This dish was made with care and didn't disappoint. This place is worth the visit. We'll be back to try the Pho.

First visit was take out. You can tell it's a local favorite because they had a good crowd on a Sunday around lunch time. We ordered chicken lo mein, General Joe's chicken, and cha gao (fried lumpia with fresh greens). Everything was delicious. I am so happy they give you ample green leaf lettuce, cilantro, and cucumbers for the cha gao. It came with yummy fish sauce dip too. We will be back!

They remember me and my favorite order every time. Best Pho I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot of places around San Antonio/New Braunfels. Love the whole menu! Highly recommend.

The best pho and overall service and menu, love this place !! 100% recomended!

First time here and I had their ST2 noodles w/beef, chicken and shrimp. It was very flavorful and delicious. We also ordered Fried pork pot stickers and they were delicious. My husband had the chicken fried rice and the Pho w/beef brisket cooked. He lived the fried rice and said the Soup was good. The service was very friendly, quick and excellent. Overall a very busy place, but worth the wait. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
